2007 Foals
“DOUBLE SHOT OF JULES” aka LAILA
Our second foal of 2007, foaled 03-20-07. LAILA is sired by Jules Fourteen Karat and out of Jules Impress Me. Jules Impress Me is a 6 year old sorrel mare sired by Sir Jules Mac and out of Bit of Impress (HYPP N/N). LAILA is a double bred Sir Jules Mac filly. This filly has that gorgeous head that MAC was known for and that BUBBA is now passing on to his foals.
"ZIPPED IN GOLD JULES" aka Jewel
Our first foal of 2007, foaled 02-18-07. GIGI is sired by Jules Fourteen Karat and out of Zippin In Jules. Zippin in Jules is sired by Zippo Dandy, Superior Western Pleasure Horse. After losing Zippy’s 2006 Palomino colt, we were thrilled to see another GOLD foal out of this mare. She’s 3 for 3 in the gold department. This filly is all legs with a baby doll head.
"JULES LUCKY SCOTCH" aka LUCKY
Our last foal of 2007, born on Friday the 13th. We were blessed with THREE fillies this year. We had to give this filly a barn name of LUCKY as she was born on Friday the 13th. She is sired by Jules Fourteen Karat and out of Scotch N Jules, an own daughter of Scotch Bar Time. She has four white socks and a blaze, tons of that Scotch Bar Time chrome he was well known for. We are planning on keeping this one to show at the Palomino shows.
